I Found My Calm in the Middle of Chaos

I'm not a coach who learned this from a textbook. I'm a woman who had to learn it to survive. In 2014 I was a certified coach, and in 2019, a breast cancer diagnosis threw my life into chaos. All my fears and unresolved patterns came to the surface. It was in the wreckage that I discovered the profound connection between my mind, my body, and my emotional state.

I wasn't just stressed,my nervous system was in a constant state of high-alert. My healing depended on learning how to bring my body back to a state of safety. The tools I teach are the tools I used to navigate my own fear and reclaim my life. I don't just understand this work intellectually; I've lived it. My mission is to give you the same tools, so you can find your way back to yourself, faster.
